Candidates should have a Minimum 1.5 to 2 Years of Experience as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with Public Banks / Private Banks / Foreign Banks / Broking Firms / Security Firms / Asset Management Companies Rich Knowledge and Experience in Mutual funds and Insurance is desirable.

• Minimum Age : 23 Years
• Maximum Age : 35 Years
• Relaxation in the upper age limit will be applicable as per Government Rule (03 yers for OBC, 05 Years for SC / ST, additional 10 years for PwD etc).
✅️ BOB Salary / Pay Scale :
• The compensation provided will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, general suitability, the candidate’s last drew salary, and market benchmarks for the specific roles.
• Aside from the Fixed Salary, chosen candidates will be eligible for Performance Linked Variable Pay, which is paid in addition to the Fixed Salary but is tied to the attainment of particular goals.
