✅ BHEL Welder Educational Qualification :
✔️ ITI , ( National Trade Certificate) Pass plus Qualified Boiler Welder's Certificate as per Indian Boiler Regulations, 1950 (valid as on 04/02/2022)
• Work Experience & Capabilities (As on 22.01.2022): Minimum 2 Years’ of experience in welding post acquiring IBR Certification.
• Welding Experience: Experience in ARC & TIG/ GTAW welding in Pressure part joints welding at Project Sites for specialized works like boiler, power cycle piping and other such proficient works.
✅ BHEL Welder Age Limit :
• Minimum Age Required : 18 Years
• Maximum Age Limit : 35 Years
• Age Limit as on : 01 February 2022
• Relaxation in the upper age limit will be applicable as per Government Rule (03 yers for OBC, 05 Years for SC / ST, additional 10 years for PwD etc).

✅ BHEL Welder Salary / Pay Scale :
• Rs. 37,500/- consolidated amount is payable during fixed tenure. In addition to the consolidated compensation payable per month, Quality incentive (maximum Rs 10000 per month, subject to meeting quality standards) and Productivity incentive (subject to number of joints welded above the standard benchmark) will also be payable.
