RBI Grade B Salary : - The RBI Grade B salary and benefits package is one of the most attractive aspects of this prestigious position. Selected officers receive a starting basic pay of ₹ 55,200 per month in the pay scale of ₹ 55,200 – ₹ 99,750, with increments over a 16-year period. In addition to the basic pay, RBI Grade B officers are also entitled to Dearness Allowance, Local Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Family Allowance, and Grade Allowance, as per the rules in force. Currently, the initial monthly gross emoluments amount to approximately ₹ 1,16,914.
