- Associate Professor: Master’s Degree with 55% marks + PhD in relevant discipline. Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET.
- Assistant Professor: Master’s Degree (PG) with 55% marks (Biochemistry/Relevant Subject) and must qualify in NET/SLET/AP-SET.
- Lecturer: Master’s Degree (M.Sc/B.Sc Hons) in Chemistry or relevant subject with at least 50-55% marks.
- Assistant Librarian: Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science with 55% marks and NET/SLET/SET qualification.
